This policy explains what personal information Destello AI Incorporated ("Destello", "we", "us") collects through destello.us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form and standard server logs, we use it to reply to you and to keep the site running, and we don't sell or share it.

The site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The exposure check runs in your browser, and what you paste into it is never sent to us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers to run the business, and they process information only on our instructions: our hosting provider (which stores server logs) and our email provider (which delivers and stores email). We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still ask. We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email hello@destello.us. We may need to confirm your identity, usually by replying to the email address we hold. We respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized.
Children
The site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored on a server with restricted access, and access to email and records is limited to the people who need it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
