These terms govern your use of destello.us (the "site"), operated by Destello AI Incorporated, a Delaware corporation ("Destello", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They do not govern paid engagements: those are covered by the written agreement and statement of work we sign with each client.
Information on the site
Content on the site, including the model-retirement calendar and notes, is general information about software and vendor announcements. It is not legal, tax, compliance or investment advice. Vendor dates and terms change; we link to each vendor's own page, and the vendor's page is the authority. We try to keep the calendar accurate but don't guarantee that it is complete or current.
The exposure check
The exposure check runs entirely in your browser. Text you paste into it is not sent to us or anyone else. Its results are a starting point, not a complete audit: it only recognizes the model IDs and API patterns we track, and it can miss references that are built dynamically or stored outside the text you paste.
Prices
Prices on the site are in US dollars and describe our standard packages. The price that applies to an engagement is the one in the written scope you accept. We may change published prices at any time; a change does not affect a scope you have already accepted.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site, including the contact form, to send unlawful content, malware, spam or automated bulk submissions, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design and code are owned by Destello or used with permission. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Open-source projects linked from the site are governed by their own licenses.
Links to other sites
The site links to vendor documentation and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Destello is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
