Workflow automation (n8n, Claude, MCP)

Your Zapier chain fails silently, and Claude hangs on your MCP server.

We build two or three production workflows or connectors with retries, failure alerts, and an approval step before anything is sent to a customer or written to a system of record.

Price

$2,200

$950 two-day repair of a broken n8n, Postgres or MCP setup

Time

5–10 business days

First step

Two-day repair · $950

One broken workflow or connector fixed, plus a written list of what else is fragile.

You have this problem if…

  • A multi-step automation stops halfway, and nobody hears about it.
  • You want Claude or ChatGPT working with your CRM, inbox and documents, and the connector keeps failing.
  • An automation once sent the wrong thing to a customer, and now nobody trusts it.

What you get

  • 2–3 production workflows or MCP connectors
  • Retries, and failure alerts to email or Slack
  • An approval step before anything goes to a customer or into your books, CRM or practice-management system
  • Exported workflow JSON and code in your repository
  • A recorded walkthrough

How it is done

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

Every step, system and hand-off, and where it fails today.

  2. 02

    Decide what needs a person

Anything that sends, pays or changes a record of yours gets an approval step by default.

  3. 03

    Build

In n8n, as an MCP server for Claude or ChatGPT, or in code, whichever you can maintain.

  4. 04

    Make failure loud

Retries for temporary errors, and an alert for everything else.

  5. 05

    Test on real cases

Run on last month’s real inputs before going live.

  6. 06

    Hand over

Exported workflows, code, credentials in your vault, and a recorded walkthrough.

What usually goes wrong, and how we handle it

Silent failure is the default

Most no-code tools log a failed step and move on. Every workflow we build alerts a person when it stops.

MCP servers time out

Long-running tools need to return quickly and report progress, or the client gives up. Most "Claude hangs" reports come from this.

Credentials in the prompt

API keys pasted into instructions or workflow notes leak. Credentials go in a vault or the platform’s credential store.

Inbound voice agent, from $4,500

Answers calls, qualifies the caller, books the appointment, answers from your price sheet and hands off to a person. Designed around the FCC ruling that AI-generated voices fall under the TCPA, and around recording-consent rules in all-party-consent states.

Why you can trust us with this

At Simplilearn our founder led a real-time AI sales assistant and an intelligent lead-routing model that drove 2.5× paid enrollments.

At BYJU’S and Freshworks he owned CRM, order-management, payment and configure-price-quote workflows, the systems where a defect is a failed payment rather than a slow page.

What we don't do on this package

  • Nothing sent to a customer, paid, or written to a system of record without an approval step, unless you turn it off.
  • No outbound AI calls or texts without a consent design.
  • No screening or ranking of job candidates.

Questions

n8n, Zapier or Make?

Whatever you already use, if it can do the job reliably. We recommend n8n when you need self-hosting, version control or complex branching.

Can you fix something another freelancer built?

Yes. The two-day repair is meant for exactly that.

Who does the work?

Suresh Rajendran, our founder, does the engineering on every engagement himself. Nothing is handed to a junior engineer or a subcontractor.

Where does our data go?

We work inside your accounts: your cloud, your repository, your model-vendor keys. Where a vendor offers zero data retention we turn it on, and your data is never used to train a model. Our access is removed and credentials are rotated at handover.

How do we pay?

The first step is paid up front. Builds are 50% to start and 50% on acceptance. We invoice from Destello AI Incorporated in US dollars, payable by ACH or card. If you go ahead with a build within 30 days of the first step, its fee is credited.

What if the result doesn't meet the bar?

Acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts, and the second payment is due only when they're met.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes, usually within one business day.
